Yes. It’s $115 for the first appliance and $45 for each additional appliance we look at on the same visit.
Yes. The service call fee is credited to your final bill.
We diagnose the problem, then email you a quote that breaks out the service call, parts and labor. If you approve, you can pay through the link in the quote and we’ll schedule the repair.
We carry common parts on the truck, but not every part. If yours has to be ordered, it usually takes 4-5 business days, sometimes sooner.
Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm. We don’t offer weekend, after-hours or emergency service. Most visits are booked at least a day out.
We give arrival windows instead of exact times so we can plan an efficient route, which helps us stay on time for everyone.
About 30 minutes before we arrive, we’ll call or text. Please reply within about 15 minutes to confirm. If we don’t hear back, we’ll move on to the next job and you’ll need to reschedule. It’s the same rule for every customer, and it keeps the day on schedule.
If the person paying for the visit will be home, you can pay the service call fee at the visit. If they won’t be there, we collect it before we come out. Landlords, property managers and new home warranty companies pay the service call fee upfront.
Yes. Your warranty company will tell us whether there’s a fee to collect when they send us the job.
90 days on parts, 30 days on labor, and 30 days on the service call. If we couldn’t find the problem, call us within 30 days and we won’t charge another service call fee.
Washers, dryers, refrigerators and freezers, dishwashers, ovens, stoves and cooktops in homes. We focus on Samsung, LG, Whirlpool and other everyday brands. We don’t repair microwaves, commercial appliances, or high-end brands like Sub-Zero, Viking or Wolf, and we don’t sell or install appliances.
Yes. We have 7 years of hands-on appliance repair experience, we’re fully insured, and we’re certified in refrigerator sealed system repair.
We’ll tell you honestly. We look at the appliance’s age, the repair cost and whether parts are available. Once an appliance is about 15 years old or more, replacing it often makes more sense.
Yes, and there’s no fee. Please let us know as early as you can, and no later than the 30-minute heads-up.
